Old buzzer systems in blocks of flats and converted houses are one of the most common problems we see. Residents can’t see who they’re letting in, handsets stop working, and lost keys to the shared door mean replacing locks for everyone.
We replace them with Hikvision video entry systems: a door station at the entrance and a screen or handset in each flat, with app access for residents who want to answer from their phone. Fobs or codes for the shared door can be issued and cancelled individually, so a resident moving out doesn’t mean new keys for the whole building.
